Flights from/to Lihue and Kona start June 9th and end 8/31 from and to SF, From LA flights to and From Lihue and Kona start June 9th and end 9/31

Remember: Using the Wholesale World Travel's Hawaii E-Pass is easy and paperless. No more messy vouchers! No more standing by at the airport wondering if you will board! You will have a reserved and confirmed seat BEFORE you leave your house. WE SHIP YOU NOTHING. Once your itinerary has been issued you can check in with only your first and last name and proper ID or you can print out the a copy of your itinerary to take with you to the airport.

Here is how you get started:

  1. Purchase E-Pass; Hawaii to West Coast or West Coast to Hawaii
     
  2. How to Request your flight; You will be emailed a Flight Request Form which should be completed & returned to admin@wholesaleworldtravel.biz as soon as you know the dates that you want to travel. We will not book your seat until the completed Flight Request Form is received at admin@wholesaleworldtravel.biz. Seats are reserved on a first come first served basis so put in your request as soon as your are certain of your travel dates.. Your flight cannot be booked until 4 days prior to your first requested flight date. Flights may also be requested and reserved with as little as 24 hours notice. Please remember that all flights are subject to availability. We ask for 4 days of flexibility, but we usually can get you a flight on or around your requested travel date during normal travel periods.
     

  3. Itinerary; Once we have secured a reservation you will receive an email, with an attachment in PDF format, containing an itinerary with all of your flight info including date, flight number and airline, e-ticket number and seat assignment.
     

  4. Cancel/Changes; Once a seat is confirmed and reserved and the itinerary issued the seats are non-refundable. You can however request a cancellation with a change of date that must be within 4 days of the original reservation and pay a cancel/change fee of $50. Cancel/Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. They must be submitted to admin@wholesaleworldtravel.biz at least 24 hours before the flight departure time of the original flight (delete and) with the cancellation fee of $50 via any one of the authorized payment options including Paypal at saversparadise@gmail.com. Same day cancellations are possible but not guaranteed. You may open a Paypal Account using our Paypal Link.
     

  5. Roundtrips; For roundtrips each leg of the trip is booked separately. You will receive two Flight Request Forms, outbound and return and you should submit a Flight Request Form for each leg.
     

  6. It is to your advantage to purchase in advance, we place you in line to be booked based on your date of purchase. If you purchase today you will be ahead of the person that purchases tomorrow!

Low Season - $174 one-way (Jan 2 to March 9; Apr 25 - June 8 & Aug 22 – Dec 14)
Shoulder Season - $204 one-way (March 10 - Apr 24)
Summer Peak - $224 o/w (June 9 - Aug 21)
Christmas/New Year Holiday - $255 o/w (Dec 15 – Jan 8)
ROUNDTRIPS – Same process but in reverse. Purchase outbound & inbound E-Passes together but CRs will be issued at different times
Same day bookings: possible but never guaranteed - subject to $20 fee

Transfers:
To another person - $50 per person
To another Wholesale World Travel program (Europe, Mexico, etc) - $50 plus difference in ticket price, if any.

Luggage :
1 carry-on baggage; 2 check-in pieces.
