Hotel/Resort Vacations:
What are the steps for making vacation reservation?
Step 1: Choose your travel vacation package.
Step 2: Submit your order online by filling up the Online Order Form
Step 3: Download, print and fully accomplish the chosen travel vacation voucher/certificate and mail or email (scanned copy) to Wholesale World Travel .
Step 4: Download, print and fully accomplish the AUTHORIZATION FORM TO CHARGE CREDIT CARD (if you opt to pay by credit card) and send together with your fully accomplished Travel Vacation Voucher/Certificate. Otherwise, send the voucher with your check or Money Order.
Step 5: Request reservation and pay all the necessary booking/reservation/handling fees (if any) and refundable reservation guarantee (if required) using a credit card, check or money order. (Note: The Resort/Hotel/Condo will refund your reservation guarantee during your stay.)
Can I select which hotel I will be staying in?
No, you can not select which hotel you will stay in. Wholesale World Travel is constantly working with resorts and hotels all over the country to find availability for our clients. Availability and hotels change constantly given different vacation seasons and room allotments allocated for Wholesale World Travel clients. We can not confirm hotel availability until we receive the client's refundable reservation guarantee and we have written confirmation from the hotel in the destination area. Only then can we let the client know the specific information about their accommodations.
Can I extend my certificate expiration date?
Yes, you can renew your certificate for US$ 15.00, which adds a year to your certificate's expiration date. Your certificate expires one (1) year after the issue date. Travel must be COMPLETED while your certificate is still valid and not expired.
To Renew: Mail a copy of your certificate and your US$ 15.00 payment to Wholesale World Travel prior to your certificate's expiration. If sending your deposit in at the same time, please make two separate payments. In other words, write a separate renewal fee check and a separate deposit check.
Important: Retain your original certificate. This offer is invalid without the original certificate.
My certificate is over a year old, can I still use it?
Your certificate may
be renewed prior to its expiration date for a US$15.00 renewal fee.

What do I do if I want to reschedule?
You may reschedule your reservation by calling Wholesale World Travel depending on availability, up to fifteen days prior to your arrival date. A $25.00 reschedule fee applies.
All reschedule requests must be made through Wholesale World Travel. Specific hotels or resorts are not able to make any changes to any reservation.
What do I do if I want to cancel?
You may cancel your reservation without penalty by sending your request via certified mail to Wholesale World Travel postmarked no less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
No cancellations are accepted via telephone.
After you cancel, if you make another reservation a rescheduling fee of US$25.00 will apply.

What are the steps for making cruise reservations?
Steps for reserving a
Cruise:
Step 1. You must have a valid certificate that has been signed and
dated by Wholesale World Travel.
Step 2. You must validate your cruise offer. To validate your cruise
offer, you must complete and
mail in the certificate within 30 days of issuance by your participating
sponsor (determined by the postmark date) along with a US$50 per person
(double occupancy required) processing fee .
Step 3. Once we receive your valid certificate and processing fee, we
will mail you a reservation request form.
Step 4. You must fill out all fields on the reservation request form,
date it, sign it and send it back with US$90 per person for non-commission
fares and taxes. All the conditions must be completed a minimum of 90 days
prior to travel.
Step 5. We will contact you via phone to discuss your cruise options.
Step 6. Enjoy your Cruise!
What are the steps for making condo reservations?
Steps for reserving a
Condominium Vacation:
Step 1. You must have a valid certificate that has been signed and
dated by a participating sponsor.
Step 2. You must completely fill out and
mail in the certificate a minimum of 60 days in advance of your desired
arrival date (90 days advance improves options) with US$19 per person per
night to cover taxes, maid service, and administration fees for a
minimum of 7 nights. Credit card information and signature must appear
on reservation form authorizing the host resort to charge a US$500.00
refundable security deposit to the card.
Step 3. Once we receive your valid certificate and fee, we
will check for availability.
Step 4. We will contact you via phone to discuss your condominium
vacation options.

How do I request a Cruise or Condo reservation online?
Currently, reservations for Cruise and Condominium Vacations must be mailed to Wholesale World Travel. There is no method for making a Cruise or Condo reservation online.

Does Wholesale World Travel send a confirmation once they receive my mailed certificate?
For a Cruise, we will send you a reservation request form by mail once we receive your valid certificate.
For a Condominium Vacation, after we receive your valid certificate, we check availability and then call you to discuss your condominium vacation options.
How many days before travel must I reserve my trip?
For a Cruise, you must make your reservation a minimum of 90 days before travel.
For a Condominium Vacation, you must make your reservation a minimum of 60 days before travel.
How long before I hear from Wholesale World Travel?
As soon as we have your information, we will get back to you.
What form of payments do you accept?
For the Cruise and Condominium Vacations Wholesale World Travel accepts credit cards, certified checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks only. We do not accept cash.

Once the Cruise is booked by Wholesale World Travel, there are NO CANCELLATIONS.
Once the Condominium Vacation is booked by Wholesale World Travel, there are NO CANCELLATIONS.
If you cancel the Condominium Vacation prior to booking the reservation you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the Cruise prior to booking you will receive the non-commission fares and taxes back, the processing fee is non-refundable.
You are subject to
any charges incurred by Wholesale World Travel.
Can I bring my children on the Cruise?
Yes, you can bring
your children. Each additional person must pay a full fare regardless of
age.
How much is my certificate worth?
This offer is not for
retail sale and invalid if purchased, bartered, auctioned or not acquired
from an authorized sponsor. This offer has no cash value.
